When you first subscribe to Tapewise, your first payment is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 7 days of that first charge and we will refund it in full. This guarantee applies once — to your first payment as a new subscriber.
Outside the first-payment window above, all charges — including every subscription renewal, whether monthly or annual — are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Because you keep full access to the Service throughout each period you have paid for, we do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or via the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not, by itself, refund a past charge — the only refund we offer is the first-payment guarantee in section 1.
Tapewise's payments are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Any refund is issued back to your original payment method by Paddle. To request one, email support@tapewise.io (or use the help link on your Paddle receipt) with the email address used at checkout. Refunds are normally processed within a few business days; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
